In a maven-project with modules which is managed with subversion, changes that
lead to builds of the module are only reported in the parent, not in the modules.

If a build of a module fails the changelog of that module doesn't show any
changes. The emails generated by hudson are nearly useless because they link to
those empty changelogs.
Therefore it would be nice if the changelog in the modules could report the
changes in the modules, too.
