Extended Choice Parameter Multi Level Single Select List Is Not Populating During Build With Parameters.

      The multi-level single select list does not populate anywhere. It was working before. I tried safe restart, still no luck. No update has been performed yet. Attaching png file where First is not working whereas I need it to be working as the second png file. The FileName ExtendedChoiceParameterConfiguration is the same for both Jenkins servers.

          Description Original: Multi-level select list does not populate out of nowhere. It was working before. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, running safeRestart, still no luck.
          I was working on updating the plugin, but never uploaded it to this particular instance of Jenkins, so the version of the plugin and property file have not changed. Just randomly stopped working out of the blue.
          I tried creating the properties file again as well, but still no luck. Jenkins recognizes the property file when configuring the job with the parameter, but won't display it.           		New: The multi-level select list does not populate anywhere. It was working before. I tried safe restart, still no luck.
