Currently, only users with Administer permissions are able to read the logs or the events for an agent through the Jenkins UI.

I need to give some set of users the ability to check the events, so they would know to which node their pipeline is assigned to, which is impossible currently unless I give them Administer permissions.

I believe the "Agent - ExtendedRead" permission would be a good fit for such ability.
