Hello.

I had Jenkins Pipeline builds running for pull requests on our repo. I got the message: Support for password authentication was removed on August 13, 2021. Blah blah blah

The only way I could get the multibranch to build I had to change the Branch Sources from Github to Git (see pic below). Then I could use the same URL modification with the Personal Accss Token in the url to the repo. The problem for me is with the original github branch source the build checks would appear in the github website for each PR. Using just Git that doesn’t seem to work anymore.

Any idea what I should do? I couldn’t get the user authentication work at all with the original github branch source (same user authentication error even with the updated URL). I need to either get that to work or get the build checks to appear when I use just Git as a branch source
