When I try to change MAVEN_OPTS under 'Configure System' it just doesn't seem to change. I have set MAVEN_OPTS=-XX:MaxPermSize=512m -Xmx1536m, but when I start the job it says -XX:MaxPermSize=256m -Xmx1024m instead.

How do I go about changing MAVEN_OPTS for all projects? I have not set MAVEN_OPTS anywhere else. Not in projects, not on the servers.

          Hi. It's a Maven2 (v. 2.0.10) project.

We solved the issue. My attempts at locating MAVEN_OPTS in the project failed miserably yesterday. Today another developer found it under an Advanced button, so now we can change it.

          Sorry about wasting your time.
