I believe the correct permission for such option should be Agent/ExtendedRead or at least Overall/ReadSystem.
Due to that, when the users of my Jenkins instance needs to know in which underlying k8s node their build was assigned to, they need to ask me as I'm the one with admin permissions and can check the pod events on Jenkins.
