Description

Original: The current default inbound agent image used by the kubernetes plugin is 4.3-1.  In the inbound agent github, the latest release is 4.9-1 from 2021-07-01 and 4.3-1 was released on 2020-03-31. On a related note, I hit this because of Jenkins-30600 and wanting to use a feature in git that is not in the version included in inbound agent 4.3-1
