Adding -singleWindow option to RC Grid conguration

      Can the singleWindow option be added to the startup options for Selenium RC Grid??

      The default is multiwindow; which is painfully slow for IE tests.

      It would be great to be able to start the Grid RCs with -singleWindow option with which IE is faster.
