Description

Original: The plugin is no longer able to stream logs from CoudWatch, permissions are setup correctly. Just hangs after [AWS CodeBuild Plugin] CodeBuild dashboard.

So, downgrade 

aws-java-sdk

plugin to version 1.12.68 fixed the problem.
