[JENKINS-66909] Incorrect docs due to branch-api plugin changes

Due to the latest release of Branch API plugin (https://github.com/jenkinsci/branch-api-plugin/releases/tag/branch-api-2.7.0) the documentation on how to configure your environment does not match anymore.
