After pulling #5842, the job configuration tab lost its headers to quick-jump to specific configurations:
The left side of the image attached is the weekly release of Jenkins 2.319, the right side is Jenkins build off the commit 2c1c5ee.
On a side note, I preferred the overview utilizing the entire box, instead of cutting it at ~50% in its total width, but that are only my two cents.

Forms are being iterated on currently, it's not a finished state and will be improved upon in the next few versions, we didn't want to change everything at once and introduce lots of issues.
