      danielbeck reported a suspicion that we aren't collecting stats properly for Java 11+

          danielbeck Daniel Beck added a comment - Looks like a combination of https://github.com/jenkins-infra/infra-statistics/blob/85a7c65fce6d368a27fcec2da99d28bf43e680ca/createJson.groovy#L178 and https://github.com/jenkins-infra/infra-statistics/blob/85a7c65fce6d368a27fcec2da99d28bf43e680ca/createJson.groovy#L188 ? The first three chars of 11.0.13 are " 11. " and not just " 11 ". Unverified.

          Looks like we're collecting the wrong version too, but probably too late? ( java.specification.version should be better?)
