The configure link for custom log recorders links to the wrong "configure" location

      If you click on the cogwheel to configure your custom log recorders, the URL leads to "/configure" on Jenkins root URL, instead of the configuration tab for the log recorder.

      This is a regression from 2.322, where more tables have been modernized.

      I prepared a PR that takes care of the issue.
