JiraTestResultReporter - Blue Plus not appearing in test results unless Auto Raise is selected

      Hi we use JiraTestResultsReporter for a variety of test runs, and since Mid-December have been experiencing some issues with the '+' not appearing next to our failing tests, leaving us unable to attach Jira tickets.

      I've been playing around with this one for a bit, and the exact issue seems to be related to the following setting:

      Essentially if Auto Raise issues isn't selected then the + won't appear next to failing tests in our test results. If it is it will behave as normal, but for a number of reasons it isn't really viable for us to leave this option checked.
