Schedule a Reservation for lockable resources

      As a user I would like to be able to reserve the lockable resource of choice  for a specified period of time.

      Acceptance Criteria: 
      The user should be able to schedule a reservation for the resource of choice from "Date_1, Time_1" to "Date_2, Time_2".
