Uppercased user name failed to assign role

      I'm using Jenkins 2.264 . When I created an user which name (NOT display name) contains uppercase letter, and I try to assign role to this user, it always prompt that this user is missing overall/read permission. But if I create an user without any uppercase letter, and assign exact the same role, it's ok.
