Breadcrumbs no longer bold (regression in 2.340)

      To reproduce: navigate to Jenkins dashboard using a browser that's using Noto Sans font (seems to be the default for Chrome + Ubuntu)

      Expected: breadcrumbs displayed using bold font
      Actual: breadcrumbs using normal font weight

      This behavior changed in https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/6084 . Similar problem to JENKINS-67743, but different cause.

          Before: font size is 1rem and font weight is bold
          After: font size is 0.85rem and font weight is 500

          Not sure if this is an intentional aesthetic choice or an unintentional regression. Suggest bringing this up with UX SIG to confirm both font-size and font-weight changes. If an intentional aesthetic choice, this ticket can be closed. If an unintentional regression, this ticket should remain open.
