[JENKINS-68623] Initially blueocean-plugin build failed - Jenkins Jira

Hello experts in Blueocean plugin team

I download the blueocean source code and then try to build it in my PC.

Download at : 2022/05/27 (have no idea what version it is)

However it failed. I tried to fix but eventually in vain.

Please help me out here...

Environment:

Windows 10
Apache Maven 3.8.5
NodeJS 16.15.0
npm 8.5.5
