[Regression] Radio buttons have strange offset

      After updating config history plugin to latest UX standards I noticed that radio buttons have strange offset. PR's for context.

      What's interesting this bug is also present on pages which was not upgraded.

      My first fought was it's my fault, but after some digging it turned out that this issue is also affecting other plugins.

      I think it only applies to radios where there is table and button is moving from up and down. Like in animation i attached.
