Help icons are larger than they're supposed to be (unreleased regression)

    Description

      The question mark help icon is larger than it's supposed to be.

      This is an unreleased change and the wrong behavior can only be found if you build the master branch of jenkinsci/jenkins yourself.

      See the attachments for the right and wrong behavior. The right behavior can be found in the recent weeklys up to 2.356

          Bisected to jenkinsci/jenkins@d03760f649. In the absence of a verified fix, I plan to revert the offending commit toward the end of this week prior to the forthcoming 2.357 weekly release. CC janfaracik
