commit-id details are missing in change summary

We are seeing different patterns of changelog messages  for our various jenkins pipeline.

Example1: jenkins-Pipeline-1 is showing commit-id details along with changelog message.
                         (Expected behaviour)

Example 2: Jenkins-pipeline-2 is not showing commit-id in Changelog message .
                          (Unexpected behaviour )

Please take a look and let me know if this is expected and why commit-id is missing in 2nd example .
