Description	Original: It is not possible to use the [LocalClient] on a splittet Server-/Build-Node-Environment. This Defect does *NOT* take place, when Jenkins-Server and Build-Node are installed on the same VM!   Plugin failes to create the changelog-XML for the Build Node (see attachment). The error of the plugin is that it tries to store the changelog-XML of the Build-Node in the "jobs" subdir of the Build-Node. To fix this defect, store the changelog-XML in the "jobs"-Subdir of the Jenkins-Host, as it is done when "LocalClient" is disabled.
