[JENKINS-70189] Swarm plugin docs not visible from plugins.jenkins.io

The documentation for the swarm plugin is available from https://github.com/jenkinsci/swarm-plugin/ but is not displayed from the plugins site https://plugins.jenkins.io/swarm/ . The plugins site reports an incorrect URL for the plugin documentation.

Expected result

Plugin documentation is visible at the plugins site https://plugins.jenkins.io/swarm/ as it is for other plugins

Plugin documentation is not visible and is replaced by a link to a page that does not exist
