Multibranch Pipeline - Branch Sources - "Add source" not working

      You can't create pipline project based on Gitlab SCM

      Main menu -> New Item -> Multibranch Pipeline -> Branch Sources -> Dropdown list -> no action/ nothing happens

          I'm sorry, It seems the Apache ModSecurity cause the problem! If I turned off that all good on the GUI!
