[JENKINS-70666] [robot-plugin] when robot fail didn't create masterjenkins log/report folder randomly

Description

Original: when robot jenkins job finish successfully i found out that masterjenkins computer inside job folder  create robot-plugin/log and robot-plugin/report   but when i get below error hudson.remoting.ProxyException: java.io.IOException: Parsing of output xml failed! there is no robot-plugin folder in master jenkins computer   this happens a lot and randomly how can i solve this problem?
