Assign no permissions to read in a folder or other subfolder but in a subfolder build and read

I'm doubt if is a new feature or a bug.

I have one folder and two subfolders

folder

folder/subfolder1

folder/subfolder2

Then I need:

That in folder and folder/subfolder1 cannot read any, but in folder/subfolder2 use task/read and task/build (for ejecute and read the log builds)

I play with:

Task/Build
Task/Discover
Task/Read

Without any results

Example more detailed:

In root folder I do:

Task/Read (but this then read all jobs inside this folder root, I not see that permissions/not permissions to deny all jobs, not access any job read)

In folder/subfolder1 I not see that permissions/not permissions to deny all, not access any job read

In folder/subfolder2 I do:

Task/Read (good, I access jobs of this subfolder as read, but this only works if in folder root set the Task/Read)

In a better summary, I need:

If I access to root folder, then not view any jobs, but I see two subfolders (or one, I don't known)

If I access to folder/subfolder1 then cant see nothing

If I access to folder/subfolder2 then I see jobs in read mode
