The support bundle list active plugins, of disabled plugins, and of the list of backup plugins version (version prior last upgrade, also persisted as .bak)
In a scenario where a plugin is upgraded but cannot be dynamically loaded however we miss some information:
- active.txt shows the non upgraded version (expected since this is the active version)
- backup.txt shows the non upgraded version as well (I guess expected since this is truly the .bak, the newer version is the .jpi)
- we do not know what is the upgraded
- we don't know that Jenkins requires a restart due to plugin installation jobs
