Add Perforce Credentials

      I'd like to grab p4 credentials from kuberentes secrets but there's no bindings currently.

          Hi p4karl, not code so much just being able to add a perforce credentials via the kubernetes credentials provider plugin.

          Looks like it would just require a adding a converter here.
