Add stream type to perforce environment variables

      Could we please get a variable `P4_STREAM_TYPE` that will indicate if the stream is mainline, release, development etc.? I'd like debug builds by default (job parameter) unless we are on mainline or release so having that variable would be very convenient rather than parsing the stream spec.
