Original: The "Check Advisor Settings" link of the Advisor Upload Error monitor does not work anymore. It simply redirect to the current page.

How to Reproduce * start Jenkins 2.401.1 * Install Jenkins Health Advisor plugin * Configure it * (find a way to fail the next upload, such as configuring a fake HTTP Proxy or cutting connection to the internet) * The monitor appears and the link to "Check Advisor Settings" does not work.
