[JENKINS-71688] Even though trying several times can't able to create slave node.

I'm trying to create a slave using two different methods: launch agent via ssh & launch agent via command.

It's showing the same error: Host key failed public key unauthorized. and the plugin failed to launch the slave node.

Hudson fails to launch the slave agent.
