The goal of this ticket is to improve the current display-url-api plugin to:
- allow per-user more fine-grained configuration of providers among (currently only one provider for all link types at once is allowed):
- job
- run
- artifacts
- changes
- tests
- allow administrators to define the above default providers through a GUI instead of environment variables only (which currently require restarts whenever environment variable change)
This would allow users to configure each link type differently depending on their preferences.
