24h clock timestamps show up as 24:xx after midgnight

We have jobs running on a cron trigger ('H 0 * * 1-6'), for which the timestamps show up as 24:xx instead of 00:xx.

Observations were made using Jenkins (LTS) v.2.401.3 and Pipeline: Stage View Plugin v.2.33, with server running on CentOS 7.
