CasC support for notifyCommit access tokens

      At the moment, it is not possible to define / export the Git notifyCommit Access tokens with CasC.

      It would be great to have CasC support for this feature.

          Thanks for the issue report. I agree that configuration as code support for the definition of the notifyCommit token would be very nice. Resolving this as a duplicate of JENKINS-70735
