Description

Original: For the [Job DSLVersion1.84|https://plugins.jenkins.io/job-dsl],  it does not support fully the [Throttle Concurrent Builds|https://plugins.jenkins.io/throttle-concurrents]   Specially the throttling of runs by parameter values

New: For the [Job DSLVersion1.84|https://plugins.jenkins.io/job-dsl],  It would be good to have the possibility for a dry run through which:  # Syntax could be checked  # Changes that would be applied in Jobs without being applied (no job changes)
