Respect user's timezone for Calendar plugin

      When using the calendar view, the time is only displayed in the system timezone (defaulted to UTC). Instead, it would be better to override the system by utilizing the user's set timezone (like America/New_York) or allow the calendar to be configured for a given timezone other than the system default for Jenkins.

          what is interesting and confusing is the calendar view puts the red line to denote the "current time" across at the time for my user's configured timezone while leaving all the jobs in the system timezone of UTC. They should at least both be in the same timezone.
