reverse-proxy-auth LDAP incorrect Manager Password prints unhelpful "Can't find bundle for base name org.acegisecurity.messages"

      When configuring an LDAP server in reverse-proxy-auth's Advanced options, which requires a Manager DN (aka Bind DN) and Password, but that Password is incorrect, attempts to access Jenkins will make it print an unhelpful message, and nothing else:
