Description

Original: I recently upgraded the Jenkins server to 2.426.3 and the "keyboard-shortcut-plugin" stopped working. Nothing happens when I use the keyboard shortcuts.

New: I recently upgraded the Jenkins server to 2.426.3 and the "keyboard-shortcut-plugin" stopped working. Nothing happens when I use the keyboard shortcuts.   When Jenkins loads I see the below error message in browser console {code:java} keyboard-shortcuts.js:33 Uncaught TypeError: Event.observe is not a function     at keyboard-shortcuts.js:33:9 {code}
