Postbuildscript plugin not visible after install

I have installed the postbuildscript plugin on Jenkins. I can see it is installed but the plugin is not visibly there. As in, the screenshot you see in the plugin's page https://plugins.jenkins.io/postbuildscript/ is not visible in my jobs. There is no postbuildscript section when configuring my jobs.
I've tried manually adding the postbuildscript section to my pipeline scripts, but this does not work as Jenkins does not recognise the function name.

I saw a similar ticket https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-34656 and tried to use the chrome devtools, but I didn't find anything with this.

Started Jenkins 2.414.3 with the plugin installed and it shows up:

fwoolfson Could you please provide more information? Which plugins are installed at your installation? Could you please provide the config.xml (without credentials) of the job where you try to add post-build steps? Do you have some log output regarding this?

fwoolfson Or could you just upgrade your Jenkins version? I won't fix things against an older bugfix version, when a newer bugfix version works.

Description Original: I have installed the postbuildscript plugin on Jenkins 2.414.1. I can see it is installed but the plugin is not visibly there. As in, the screenshot you see in the plugin's page [https://plugins.jenkins.io/postbuildscript/] is not visible in my jobs.

          Comment [  Thanks [~dheid],

I can't share the config.xml with you unfortunately. You used v2.414.3, but I'm using v2.414.1, is this what we're missing? Or are you able to test/verify on this patch instead?  ]
