[JENKINS-73482] Plugin allows use of plain (non-encrypted) LDAP port without any warnings

It is possible to configure the plugin to use the non-encrypted LDAP port without warning.

The entered data can be transmitted in plain text on the network without an encrypted port.

When using LDAP, the plugin should provide a warning if not using the encrypted port.
