[JENKINS-73997] Git Publisher is no longer available in build step

Original: Hello all,    Here's some information about our jenkins :    * jenkins 2.414.2  * git-plugin : current 5.1.1 old 5.0.2  * conditional-buildStep : current 1.4.3 old 1.4.2   our problem:  In the past we could use git publisher in build step (see git publisher and 2) last 13 days someone try to add new git publisher into a multistep conditional but is not allowed (see git publisher 3) into build step also we cannot declare a git publisher step ( git publisher 4) Git publisher it enable only into post build (git publisher 5).      currently we have a workaround : download config.xml of your jobs update manually and re-upload config.xml of your jobs.      We would like to know if this is normal and if so from which versions?

On my local test instance on latest weekly this works without issues. Afaik you will need the "Any build step" plugin and configure it accordingly

found into /manage/configure thx a lot now i can add into multistep git publisher
