edit.jelly and scriptsettings.jelly are missing the norefresh="true" attribute

      The <l:layout> tag of the edit.jelly and scriptsettings.jelly jelly files doesn't have the norefresh="true" attribute: If "enable auto refresh" is turned on, we then loose the script we're keying very rapidly
