Trigger downstream projects in release mode

    • 3 modules/projects. There are post-build downstream trigger to main project starts build of another 2 projects

      On start a release of the main project, this trigger the post-build trigger to build the other projects like a normal build.

      Is any way to start the post-build trigger, in this case, for 2 other modules in "release mode"?

          This functionality doesn't exist right now. There has been an outstanding enhancement request to leverage the build promotion plugin capability to get a larger variety of potential release actions, not just the builds steps.

          For now, it would be possible to execute a shell command that calls the Hudson URL to invoke the builds.
