[JENKINS-74807] Cannot send authorized callback to bitbucket

Description

Original: I created Application Link according to [docs]([https://plugins.jenkins.io/atlassian-bitbucket-server-integration/#plugin-content-create-an-application-link)] And when i create Project Link choosing the Application Link for jenkins, even though the authorization is successfull, jenkins does not send callback to bitbucket.   So i refreshed Bitbucket page, then it says "You’ll not be able to create this project link until the issue with the Application Link is resolved"

New: I created Application Link according to [docs]([https://plugins.jenkins.io/atlassian-bitbucket-server-integration/#plugin-content-create-an-application-link)] And when i tried to create Project Link choosing the Application Link for jenkins, even though the authorization was successfull, jenkins didn't not send callback to bitbucket.
