Last Version which sends emails upon node stop/start is v1.17

      Symptom: mail-watcher-plugin never worked with any version higher than v1.17

      Issue Description:  Whenever mail watcher plugin is updated to any version above v1.17 no mail notifications are sent upon jenkins agents nodes stop nor start.

      Current Working Environment Details:

      Jenkins: 2.485
      OS: Linux - 5.14.0-362.18.1.el9_3.x86_64
      Java: 17.0.13 - Eclipse Adoptium (OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM)
      mail-watcher-plugin:1.17
