GitHub Plugin does not offer login to secret conversion

      As the summary states, there is no way to conver the already existing username & password to a secret, as per the help instructions.

          This is critical functionality for me as our setup inolves using SSO, and the service account I am using bypasses our SSO, so login and password is not available as an option. 

          What I don't understand is this:  I set everything up in the main config with an oauth / personal token,  but it is unselectable in the job.
