I can't duplicate the issue as reported. Please provide more details so that others can duplicate the issue that you are seeing. The comparison pages that you show between Firefox and Chrome seem to be completely different locations in navigation. Is the issue that the "Status" button is not highlighted with a darker background in your Firefox browser or is it something else?
I'm using Firefox 135.0 and Google Chrome 133.0.6943.60 on Windows 11.
