Version 2.0 of Sauce OnDemand plugin will not connect - timeout

      Since upgrading to version 2.0 of the sauce-ondemand plugin, tests fail to run.

      Sauce Labs reports a HTTP 500 error with a timeout, it appears that the browser just fails to connect to the desired test web server over the proxy.

      Reverting to version 1.215 of the sauce-ondemand plugin restores functionality.
