Provide alias mechanism for culprits

Here at my company we have a workers' council and our workers' council has a problem with showing publicy the culprits without letting the developers intervene. Therefore I added two checkboxes:

• showculprits &
• obfuscateculprits

Only if showculprits is activated the radiator will show any culprits. If the obfuscateculprits is also activated every user will get an alias from a list of fantasy names assigned. This fantasy name is editable on the user's configure page.
Putting there anonymous will exclude the user completely from the culprits.
