Junk characters in Build promotion console along with broken link to Promotion status

      1. In the console output of a build promotion, junk characters are displayed instead of Ant task names.
      2. On the same page, link "Back to promotion Status" is broken. It results in a "Page not found" (404).

      Scrrenshot attached. Some text are obliterated to prevent unnecessary information leak.

      We are using version 1.372 (not listed in the "Affects Version/s:" field above).

          Same garbage as in the first example, except that the "Back to Promotion Status" link works.
